Decade Resources Ltd. is a Canadian based mineral exploration company, currently listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under the symbol "DEC". Decade Resources Ltd. is in the exploration stage and is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in British Columbia.

The Company has earned its 60% interest in the Red Cliff property in north-western British Columbia, from Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd., another exploration company with shared directors. Decade also has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Silver Crown 6 claim, adjoining the Red Cliff property to the north.

In addition, the Company recently purchased 35 mineral claims, making up a Copper/Gold property, near Kitimat, B.C. and holds an oil & gas license in British Columbia.

NEW - February 2010
Decade acquired 3 claims in the Surprise Creek valley, located approximately 34 kilometers northeast of Stewart and 5 kilometers north of the Stewart Highway (37A). The property is located over the former Goat Mine, a small producer in the 1970's.
