Edward R. Kruchkowski has over 35 years experience in the exploration industry. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 1973 with a BSc in Geology and is a registered Professional Geologist, both with APEGGA and APEGBC. From 1973 to 1981, he worked for both major and junior companies on projects in Canada and the USA. From 1981 to present, he has worked as a consulting geologist conducting exploration programs in Canada, Southwestern USA, Russia, South America and Mexico on behalf of various clients, including both major international companies as well as junior exploration companies. Mr. Kruchkowski has a proven track record of discovery and supervision on many properties throughout Canada. Mr. Kruchkowski is responsible for all exploration programs conducted by Decade Resources Ltd. & Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd., another company of which he is a director.
Position: Director, CFO
Andrew Bowering is a corporate administrator with over 20 years experience in the financing and management of exploration, development and start-up companies. He has held senior executive positions and directorships in numerous public companies involved in mineral exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico and China. Mr. Bowering has directly raised over $40 million for mineral exploration and development. He has led several large acquisition programs in Northwest British Columbia, Alberta and Central Mexico. In addition to mineral exploration activities, Mr. Bowering was a founder and principal of two publicly traded consumer product companies that operated worldwide. He has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs and investor/public relations. Mr. Bowering obtained his BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia, Canada in 1986.
Position: Director
Ron Nichols has over 35 years experience in the exploration industry. He has expertise in both project management and property generation from his experience with both junior and senior companies. Mr. Nichols graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1967 with a BSc in Geology, and has been registered as a Professional Engineer since 1975. He is also a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG). He began his career in 1967, at Cominco Ltd, and during his 23 years there specialized in advanced projects, often involving complex logistical situations in remote areas throughout Canada, Greenland, and South America. His experience included planning and supervising numerous drill projects searching for porphyry copper, volcanogenic massive sulphides, carbonate lead -- zinc, and a variety of gold deposit types. While at Cominco he had direct experience in the transition from exploration to development at the Valley Copper and, the Snip mines in British Columbia, and the Black Angel mine in Greenland.
In addition to his position as Director of Decade Resources Ltd., Mr. Nichols is currently Senior Vice President of Exploration for Aurcana Corporation, which has an operating mine in Mexico, and a development project in Texas.

Randy M. Kasum has over 20 years experience in road construction for mining and exploration companies in the Stewart, B.C. area. He is the manager of Kasum Tractor Ltd., a heavy equipment company specializing in road construction and mineral exploration. He has been instrumental in the acquisition of properties in the Stewart area. He is responsible for co-coordinating all financial filings on behalf of Decade Resources Ltd. as well as assessment filings on the mineral holdings owned by the Company. In addition to his involvement with Decade, he is the CFO and a director of Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd.
